Jordan brand will be dropping soon the Air Jordan VII Retro “Year Of The Rabbit”. The red/gold colors hint at the theme of the sneaker, while we appreciate that they have not added too much graphical detail on the sneaker to communicate the Year Of The Rabbit theme. Overall a clean looking sneaker, worth looking forward to. A release is scheduled for May 1st, 2011.
It looks like Louis Vuitton has finally catching on to the heritage trend. As part of their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection the French luxury brand presents the Yucatan and Yucatan High. The boat shoe styles come in each two matte leather options, featuring tassle details and a contrasting LV stamp logo. Most interesting though, the mat calf leather has been treated with a fine coating of silicon, giving the shoes a soft touch and water repellent properties.
After Keyshia Cole leaked the news yesterday on 106 & Park, the official announcement has been released. R. Kelly will finally be hitting the road delivering his “Love Letter” to fans this Summer. In support of the R&B legend Keyshia Cole & Marsha Ambrosius will be joining Kellz on the 19 date trek across the country.
The “Love Letter” tour kicks off on June 2 at Southaven, Mississippi’s DeSoto Civic Center. Additional stops include New Orleans, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C., winding down at Philadelphia’s MannMusic Center on July 3.
Vans Japan has released a solid looking new pack of premium leather sneakers. Included in the pack are a Chukka and an Era, both featuring vegetable tanned leather uppers. The outer soles come in clean white and the contrasting green laces are a nice touch for the summer. Both sneakers are now available from Flauge.
When it comes to the collaboration between adidas Originals and Jeremy Scott, one never knows what to expect. In this case, it looks like, the game was to stuff as many materials and colors as possible onto the mid top sneaker. The much hyped Christian Louboutin Louis Flat high top sneaker returns for Spring/Summer 2011. This time the designer gave the sneaker a mixed leather/denim upper and added his by now signature spikes to almost the entire upper. As crazy as it might sound, this is one of the more subtle Louboutin studded sneakers for the season.
The Mini “Inspired by Goodwood” is an exclusive Mini Cooper worked over by the Rolls-Royce designers at their Goodwood, England headquarters. The exclusive Mini is outfitted with various Rolls-Royce colors and materials including a Cornsilk colored interior, Walnut Burr wood touches on the dash, Piano Black leather, a thick pile carpet underfoot, and a Rolls typeface on the speedometer. No V-12s here; the engine is the same 181 HP 4-cylinder found in the Mini Cooper S. The car will be produced in a limited edition of 1000 and will make its world debut at the Auto Shanghai 2011.

Next to a series of high top sneakers, featuring different premium materials and other applications, the brand also presents a mid top Chukka with crocodile skin uppers in two colorways. Overall the line-up is clean and certainly features some interesting looking styles for the season.
